LinqWare collects the following types of information from registered customers on our Web site:

• Name, company name, e-mail address, company address, additional billing address(es), business phone number, in addition to data about site browsing and interests.

Periodically, we also collect demographic information and customer feedback through surveys posted on the Web site. This information may include age range, gender, areas of interest, and familiarity with LinqWare channels, products and services.

LinqWare uses information:

• To improve the overall experience on the LinqWare Web site based on customer feedback and survey results
• To e-mail our registered customers about new products, services and events
• To estimate our audience size; measure aggregate traffic patterns; and understand demographic, customer interest, purchasing and other trends among our guests and customers
• To monitor traffic to and from entities which have formed strategic alliances with LinqWare
• To compensate affiliates for traffic directed to the LinqWare Web site and purchases that result from this traffic

• We do not share or sell information that identifies our customers personally or makes it possible for other parties to contact them directly, except to entities (i) directly associated with LinqWare in the form of strategic alliances that LinqWare has authorized to display co-branded Web pages or links to the LinqWare Web site. • Unsubscribing from our e-mail list:  We offer all of our e-mail subscribers the option to remove themselves from our e-mail list at any time.  If you have completed the registration process, please send us an email to remove yourself from our e-mail list automatically. • What happens once you have opted out?  If you choose not to disclose personal information on LinqWare, you will still be able to use the majority of the site, excluding any areas that require registration.
